We are happy to announce that we re-opened on Monday 13th July. Due to government guidelines there are certain restrictions on some treatments.

Changes we’ve had to make:

As from 25th September 2020 By Law we are required to operate under the following regulations until further notice.

  1. I understand questions may be tedious but we are required by law to make enquiries nonetheless  prior to appointment beginning. Please do not be offended by us asking regulated questions. We are showing our commitment to you by adhering to the regulations. We hold your safety and the safety of our staff as our highest priority. Please work with us so we can all have an enjoyable and pleasant experience in spite of the current situation.
  2. All clients must wear face masks and all staff must wear face masks.
  3. All clients must agree to use hand sanitiser or wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival. Staff have additional sanitising measures to adhere to. Please do not be offended by these being necessary.
  4. We are restricted as to what Treatments and Services we can offer you. Some are not able to be made safe due to the proximity required to undertake them.
  5. We are required to take your name and phone number and ask certain questions at each visit. Some clients require travel as part of their employment, and may therefore have travelled in between appointments. 
  6. Where possible the 2 metre space rule between clients must be adhered to.
